You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to our Terms of Use. No scraping, reverse engineering, or derivative use is permitted except as allowed by law.
15) No Endorsement of Third Parties
References to third-party brokers, advisers, newsletters, apps, courses, or products are for convenience and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. You bear all risk from engaging with third parties.
16) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aris Investment Solutions LLC, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, data providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of quantify, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate liability of Aris Investment Solutions LLC shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Aris Investment Solutions LLC for the service in the preceding three months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aris Investment Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of quantify, your violation of our Terms or policies, or your infringement of any rights of another.
18) App Stores and Carriers
Apple Inc., Google LLC, and mobile carriers are not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of app stores is subject to their terms and policies. Carrier data and messaging charges may apply to notifications or SMS.
19) Compliance and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities, commodities, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and tax laws. If you are a regulated entity or professional, you must ensure your use of quantify complies with your firm’s compliance program and applicable law.
